TURMERIC IN HOME REMEDIES

SUCH AS IN COMPRESSES, PASTES FOR WOUNDS, FOR INDIGESTION, FOR SOOTHING STRESS, IN FACIAL MASKS, TO TREAT POST-VIRAL INFECTIONS, IN MASSAGE OILS

Suggested use in foods is about 1 – 1 ½ teaspoons per day, and a typical supplement is about 250 mg per day though those with certain conditions may benefit from 400-500 mg per day with physician or holistic doctor approval.
